Therefore we took the opportunity offered by West Trax to identify the strengths and weaknesses within our SAP environment. We knew our applications very well, but in order to get detailed KPI information we would need special tools which West Trax has, but we do not and we are not able to develop them. Even if we could develop them, we still would not be able to benchmark ourselves against others. We really can strongly recommend West Trax and the West Trax solution.
