David Long is co-owner and Chief Executive of West Trax UK and Director - Strategy & Business Development of West Trax International.

She has a profound in-depth knowledge of IT with an emphasis on ERP Environments, Business Process Analysis, Modelling and Optimisation.

As CTO, she is responsible for the development of analysis methodologies such as KPI Scan®, KPI Optimiser®, KPI QA® and Benchmark Express® that enhance the value enterprises derive from their effective use of ERP Systems

All analysis, models and implementation methodologies are developed and coordinated under her leadership to maximise client benefits.
        
In addition Diana has extensive experience in the fields of process benchmarking, economic evaluation of systems for large and medium sized enterprises, IT Market Research and Intelligent Data Analysis. She is frequently invited to speak and write on her areas of expertise by clients, trade press and market research companies.

Ken’s early career was in financial management roles in the automotive, engineering, and technology industries, followed by sales, marketing, and general management positions primarily in IT and services companies. In the last ten years, his focus has been supporting young technology companies in start-up and business development with interesting projects in weather forecasting, communication for deaf people, and now high-level services for ERP user enterprises.
